I am having problems posting a photo to the board. Do I need to create an account with Image Shack prior to posting a photo to the board?

Hi Sandy,

I did create an Image shack account. It's free, and walks you through the steps to post a photo. ( which we want you to do, cuz we like seeing the cute kids!)

Dawn, this image system is a bit clumsy. I don't mind creating an account with Image Shack, but it does not allow me to do so unless I give them a blog or my space account, which I do not have. I find it hard to believe that we can not just upload a photo with this board without the use of a specified system like Image Shack. I already have two photo software programs and have accounts with Snapfish and Walgreens for photos. Do I really need to go through this Image Shack just to post a photo to this board? And if so, how do I get around the blog situation. I tried to insert my website address into the blog question, but it would not work. Am I just not seeing something?

Figured it out Dawn!!! I used thumbnails. Are we limited with server space with this forum? If so I'll try not to hog all the attention onto my son I posted four brag photos all from the past year. Two are from Adam's baptism in March and the other two are from the past month.

Dawn, dare I ask you how to get Adam's photo onto the left column with every post like you have it?

That image is called an Avatar. Go to your Profile and you will see a menu on the upper right hand side. Click the Avatar link and upload a photo!
